Have fun while learning music
Education
Began taking private lessons for piano as a toddler. Later took private lessons for guitar too. Took music classes in high school and university for different instruments, learning theory and performance. Independently, learnt about music in bands and different projects. In the last few years, learnt a great deal through friends and research about electronic music.
Biography
I grew up on Bowen Island near Vancouver, BC. After high school, I came to Montreal for University. Over the years, I've found another home here in Montreal. In the city I have many friends who are musicians and do other arts too. I still go back to Bowen when I can to see family and friends.
I've travelled extensively growing up too, because my mom's job was to write about travelling with children. Pretty lucky I got to go a lot of fun places growing up. Nowadays I love music, poetry, movies, exercise, festivals, friends, being alive!
